RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you are unhappy with any order, please let me know. I will do my very best to try to reconcile the situation. Any return request must be submitted via email within 14 days from the time you receive the item(s). Here are my return policy guidelines.

PATTERNS: Digital download patterns are non-refundable.

YARN/POMS: Refunds or replacements for yarn or poms will only be warranted if the products are received in damaged condition due to transit. I do not replace or issue refunds for yarn due to slight color variations of the hand-dyed process.

LOST PACKAGES

At this time, packages are deemed “lost” and will be fully refunded or replaced at the following timelines:

DOMESTIC/US: 5 weeks from shipping
INTERNATIONAL: 6 months from shipping
